EAT YOUR GREENS
Vegetables reduce inflammation! Eat at least 6-8 cups of fresh fruit and vegetables daily. The fibre found in vegetables and fruits binds itself to old estrogen and clears it out of the system leading to better overall equilibrium.
EAT HEALTHY FATS
Omega 3 is one of the easiest ways to balance hormones and lower inflammation. Add in high quality fish oils to your diet, or if you’re vegan, Omega 3 can also be found in algae, and in smaller amounts in chia seeds, walnuts, and flax.
STAY HYDRATED
Hydration is key when it comes to overall health.
If you struggle to drink water, then you can try eating an abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables such as cucumbers, celery, apples and oranges to help to keep you hydrated.
