Iced CBD Matcha Latte recipe
1 teaspoon matcha powder
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of your choice
1 dropperful (about 1ml) of Truth naturals CBD (adjust the dosage according to your preference)
Optional: a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg for garnish
Prepare the matcha: In a small bowl, add the matcha powder. If desired, you can sift the matcha powder to remove any clumps.
Heat and sweeten the milk: In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium-low heat until it's steaming. You can sweeten the milk by adding honey or your preferred sweetener and stirring until dissolved.
Mix the matcha: Pour a small amount of hot water (about 2 tablespoons) into the bowl with the matcha powder. Whisk vigorously until the matcha is dissolved and there are no clumps.
Combine the matcha and milk: Pour the matcha mixture into the saucepan with the sweetened milk. Whisk gently to combine.
Add our natural flavoured CBD oil: Stir in the CBD oil into the matcha-milk mixture. Mix well.
Let it cool: Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
Prepare the iced latte: Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the cooled matcha-milk mixture over the ice.
